I had read a lot of good reviews about The Dig Pub in Cedar Park, Texas so I was excited to give it a try.
While the inside is not that big there’s a big game room area with a stage for bands and an outdoor seating area.
We tried several of the local Austin brews before ordering food. The selection changes with what’s available so be sure to check the list online if there’s one you are looking for. Since we like to share we got the Pepperoni Hand Stretched Pizza $8, be sure you get the Spicy Ranch Dipping sauce for 25 cents more it’s really good to dip the crust in. The pizza is a really thin crust, it was ok nothing super special like others we have had. We also got Thor’s Hammer Grilled Sandwich $9 (Ham, roast beef, turkey, bacon, sliced jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, and spicy mustard with your choice of chips). The sandwich was really good, I just wish there was more filling. The jalapenos where super spicy! I picked mine off, but D ate them up through all the sniffling.
I would go back for sure they have a great knowledgeable wait staff and the food was ok. The best thing they have is all the local brews if you wanna try something new.
